What happens after we receive a request?

After receiving a correction request, we:

  • review the relevant content;
  • compare it against available official SSF sources, notices, acts, rules, or procedures;
  • improve or clarify the information if needed; and
  • add a new verification or update date to the updated content.

Not every suggestion is accepted automatically. A correction is published only after it is confirmed by an official or reliable source.

Response time

We generally try to acknowledge a request within 24 hours on working days. Review and correction time depends on the topic's complexity and the availability of official verification.
