Acceptance of terms

By using SSF Guide Nepal you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

SSF Guide Nepal is operated by Digital Solution, Nepal.

Independent platform

SSF Guide Nepal is an independent educational and service-assistance platform about the Social Security Fund. It:

• is not the Social Security Fund's official website;
• is not a Government of Nepal website;
• is not affiliated with the Social Security Fund or any government body; and
• does not control government decisions, approvals, or claim processes.

For official information and services, use the Social Security Fund's website.

Available services

The platform may provide:

• Educational guides about SSF
• FAQs and checklists
• Information based on official documents
• Contribution calculators
• SSF Assessment
• Ask SSF AI
• YouTube educational videos
• KYC verification assistance
• SSF registration assistance
• Profile correction assistance
• Employer onboarding assistance

Platform features or content may be improved, changed, or discontinued as needed.

Educational information only

Information from the guides, calculators, assessment, and Ask SSF AI is for general educational and informational purposes.

Calculator or assessment results are preliminary estimates only. They must not be treated as SSF's final calculation, eligibility decision, pension amount, claim approval, or a legal decision.

Final decisions are made by the Social Security Fund based on its prevailing acts, rules, procedures, and records.

AI Assistant

Ask SSF AI prepares answers based on available content and the user's question. AI answers may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

Before making important decisions, confirm with official SSF sources or a relevant expert. Do not share OTPs, passwords, documents, citizenship numbers, or banking details in the chat.

User responsibilities

When using the platform, you must:

• provide accurate and necessary information in assistance requests;
• not use another person's details without permission;
• not send false, misleading, or unlawful requests;
• not attempt to affect the platform's security or operation;
• not engage in automated abuse, spam, or unauthorized access; and
• not use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Paid assistance services

Digital Solution may provide paid assistance for KYC verification, registration, profile correction, or employer onboarding. If a fee applies:

• the service fee will be clearly communicated before any commitment;
• paid assistance proceeds only after the user's consent;
• government fees, contributions, penalties, or other official charges remain separate; and
• no payment is collected through the website.

Digital Solution does not guarantee SSF approval, KYC approval, claim approval, pension amounts, registration outcomes, or a fixed completion time.

Digital Solution's role is limited to explaining processes, helping based on the available details, and providing needed guidance. Final decisions rest with the relevant official authority.

Government fees

Digital Solution's service fee and government fees are separate matters. Amounts payable to SSF or other government bodies apply per the relevant body's rules.

Government rates or processes may change. It is the user's responsibility to confirm the current amount from official sources before paying.

Intellectual property

Rights to original articles, explanations, design, branding, checklists, and other content published on SSF Guide Nepal remain with Digital Solution.

Commercial republication, sale, or use that creates confusion with Digital Solution's content is not permitted without permission. Limited educational sharing with proper source credit is allowed.

Where a software or code component explicitly states the MIT License, the MIT License applies to that component only. Content or branding without an MIT License notice is not automatically MIT-licensed.

External links and services

The platform may contain links to official SSF sources, YouTube, or other external websites. Their content, availability, security, or privacy practices are not under Digital Solution's control.

When using external websites, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No guarantees

Digital Solution does not guarantee the following outcomes:

• Any SSF registration or KYC approval
• Approval of a profile correction
• Claim approval
• Pension or benefit amounts
• The final amount of a contribution calculation
• Government processing timelines
• That the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Digital Solution shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses caused by the platform's educational information, preliminary estimates, AI answers, external links, or changes to official rules.

This provision does not remove rights or obligations that cannot be removed under applicable law.

Right to restrict access

In case of misuse, security threats, unlawful activity, spam, or serious violation of these terms, Digital Solution may restrict the user's access or decline requests.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated per platform or legal requirements. The new version will be published on this page with a "last updated" date.

Governing law

These terms of service are governed by and interpreted under the prevailing laws of Nepal.
