What to do if your contribution doesn't show up?

- Log in to SOSYS and check your contribution history
- Ask your employer to show the payroll details and deposit voucher
- If the employer hasn't deposited, file a complaint/application with SSF — the Fund recovers it with 10% interest
- If an accident or death occurs during an unpaid period, the employer must personally pay an amount equal to the benefits
